36th President 1963-1969 LBJ sites visited: The first item is an LBJ card sent to my mother-in-law thanking her for the get-well card she sent him in 1967 after his gall bladder surgery 😊  Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library and Museum, Austin, Texas. It's well worth a visit.  A moving and speaking LBJ was fun 😊 His Oval Office Lady Bird's Office In 2023, the Gerald R. Ford Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan, had an exhibit on Vice Presidents and included these LBJ artifacts. Rapid City, South Dakota, City of Presidents statue: The "Lady Bird Special" plane is housed here in the National Museum of the United States Air Force in Dayton, Ohio. Stonewall, Texas His reconstructed birth home The school that he attended. The LBJ ranch is still a working ranch. Outside of the ranch house, known as the Texas White House, is the Lockheed JetStar that flew LBJ in and out of the ranch when he was Vice President and President.
